Jakob's 5th Annual Memorial Golf Tournament
June 27, 2026 shotgun start at 1pm
Join us at The Madawaska for a day of fun and laughs with family and friends in support of raising awareness of CDKL5. Net profits benefit CDKL5 Canada’s efforts of continued research to one day find a cure. Your starting holes will be assigned to you and will be given to each group captain at check in. You will receive an email from jakobrcdkl5@gmail.com following your registration, donation or sponsorship so please check your spam folder. We have a variety of merch items available for purchase, please reach out to Ashley for further information. We strongly recommend registering a foursome to secure the team, the individual players can be provided to us via email closer to the event date. Payment options available: cash, e-transfer, debit and credit. For all debit and credit payments using our Square Reader, there will be a 2.5% fee added to cover the processing fees.
Tax receipts can be available upon request for donations above $28, must be indicated on registration form.
What you can look forward to at our event:
• Scramble Format (4 golfers) - 18 holes on Par 70 Twisted Pines (winning team will win a prize)
• Ladies’/Men’s Longest Drive (incl in registration, winners will receive a prize)
• Ladies’/Men’s Closest to the Hole (incl in registration, winners will receive a prize)
• Putting Contest – 5 balls for $10 (winner will receive a prize)
• Mulligans – 3 for $5
• Scratch Tickets – 3 for $5 (select merch items as prizes)
• Door Prizes – winners will pick during dinner
• Silent Auction – will close at 5:30pm
• Merch items available for purchase and to order
• Golf Cart Decorating for teams who choose to (please clean off your decorations after your round)
• A delicious Meal – Southern Fried Chicken (including Homemade tea buiscuits, gravy, veggies, mashed potatoes, backed mac & cheese, homemade creamy coleslaw) Dinner begining to be served at 6:00pm
Guests:
• $100 per player (includes: golf and cart fees, dinner, $28 donation).
• $30 per person for dinner only
